	オーパス・ワンの入門編オーパス・ワンのセカンドワインのオーヴァチャーは1993年から生産され、ワイナリーとプライベート・カスタマー向けのメーリングリストで販売されてきました。日本での人気が高かったため、2014年からボルドーのネゴシアン経由で正式販売されています。ブレンド作業の際に、ファーストラベルからもれたワインで造られます。オーパスワンは飲み頃になるまでに時間がかかりますが、早くから楽しめるのが最大のセールスポイントです。収穫年とその1年前、2年前のワインまでブレンドして造るマルチ・ヴィンテージです。赤ワインでは珍しいのですが、巧みなブレンドによって、バランスのとれた味わいに仕上げています。オーパスワンの全生産量の15%程度がオーヴァチャーに回されます。ヴィンテージのブレンド比率は明らかにされていませんが、市場に出ているどのボトルを手に入れても、そのまま飲める親しみやすさを備えていま･･･(以下省略)
