	■かつてサンテミリオン最上と謳われ、かのシュヴァル・ブランにも土地を割譲したといわれる、この地の名士的な存在のシャトー・フィジャック。シャトー・ラ・フルール・プレは、フィジャックのオーナー一族である、マノンクール・ファミリーが2002年に購入したサンテミリオン・グラン・クリュです。サンテミリオンの町から北西に数百メートルの石灰岩の台地に位置するこのシャトーは、グラン・ヴァン同様カベルネ・フランの割合が多く、フィジャックのスタッフによって同等のケアを施されたこのワインが醸し出す雰囲気はやはりフィジャックを髣髴とさせるものです。程良い熟成を経て、エレガントに進化、隠れていた酸も感じられ、きっちりとバランスの取れたサンテミリオンに成長しています。初日から緻密なタンニンがなんとも言えない旨さなのですが、正直に言うと「ちょっとだけ堅い。」と思いましたので、大きなグラスでユックリと楽しむか･･･(以下省略)
